You need an EU Authorized Representative service
Telden manages your compliance data, it does not act as your responsible person. If you are a non-EU manufacturer or seller who needs a legal entity in the EU to accept liability for your products, you need a service like EAS Project or GPSRTOOLS. Telden helps you maintain the records those entities require, but it does not replace them.
You need multi-regulation coverage (REACH, EUDR, RoHS, etc.)
Telden is currently focused on GPSR (EU 2023/988). If your compliance obligations span multiple EU frameworks like REACH for chemical substances, EUDR for deforestation-linked commodities, or battery regulation, you will need a tool with broader regulatory coverage. ProductIP is the established choice for multi-regulation enterprise workflows.
You have fewer than 50 SKUs and a stable, well-documented catalog
If your catalog is small, stable, and your supplier documentation is already organized, a spreadsheet plus a shared drive may genuinely be enough for now. We do not recommend paying for software you do not need. Start with a spreadsheet and migrate when the cost of maintaining it outweighs the cost of the tool.
You need a full enterprise PIM with supplier collaboration portals
